### How do I join the Zeny waitlist?

Use the waitlist form on usezeny.com with your business name, work email and (optionally) a WhatsApp number. Entry is free and no card is required.


### How much does Zeny cost?

There is no setup or monthly fee. You pay per successful payment: 0.7% for QRIS, Rp 4,000 per virtual account, 1.5% for e-wallets, 2.9% + Rp 2,000 for cards and Rp 5,000 for retail. Failed and expired payments cost nothing.


### Which payment methods will Zeny support?

QRIS, virtual accounts at BCA, Mandiri, BNI and BRI, e-wallets GoPay, OVO, DANA and ShopeePay, cards from Visa, Mastercard and JCB, and retail payments at Alfamart and Indomaret.

### Is it really free to sign up?

Yes. There is no setup or monthly fee. You pay a fee only when a payment succeeds. Failed and expired payments cost nothing.


### Can I start before my documents are approved?

You get sandbox keys and your payment link right away, so you can build and test today. Live payments switch on once your business is verified.


### Which documents do I need?

For a company: deed of establishment, SK Kemenkumham, NIB, company NPWP and the director's KTP. For individual sellers: KTP, NPWP and a selfie.


### How long does verification take?

Most businesses are reviewed within one to two working days. You will see the status in your dashboard and by email.


### When do I receive my money?

Every day's payments are credited to your Zeny balance the next day, every day of the year. Withdraw to your bank or pay out from the balance.


### Is my money safe?

Payments run on licensed payment infrastructure in Indonesia. Every business is verified before going live, and every payout is screened before it leaves.


### What payment methods does Zeny support?

QRIS, bank virtual accounts (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI), e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay), cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) and retail cash payments at Alfamart and Indomaret.
